The Landrats are a lighted hearted folk band comprised of experienced folk and maritime musicians who perform a mixture of sea songs, gentle comedic tales, sea shanties, folk songs, jigs, reels and possibly an Irish classic or two.
Despite forming as recently as 2019, just in time for the pandemic;
The Landrats are rapidly building a reputation for putting on enjoyable performances on international stages in the Netherlands, Germany & the UK.
The Landrats tackle their energetic upbeat repertoire of folk & maritime music on violin, melodeon, guitar, bass & as many harmonies as they can manage.
Audience participation is of course, mandatory!
